Travel Trailer

Went in to have warranty service completed on my Travel Trailer. When I arrived the service manager stated that it was a bad time as his techs were out to
lunch. Wait a minute they gave me the appointment time 1 pm on March 7th? Only had to wait about 6 months for this work to be done as the shop mismarked the part and never called letting me know it was there. After buying a few item in the parts area I went out to put them in the coach. At this time the Tech Steve was already working on warranty issues and asked where one of the leaks was coming from. I showed him and we talked about the trailer as he worked. Steve the Tech was very courteous and informative. After all was said and done I went up to sign the warranty paperwork and the Service manager behind the desk stated, "You don't have to worry about coming here anymore". I replied "hopefully all is fixed and the coach wouldn't need any more work". "No" he says, "We don't like customers hovering around our techs while they work so you're not welcome here anymore". Wow was this a surprise!! If the Tech Steve felt uncomfortable with talking to me I'm sure he would have said something, or informed me that it wasn't ok for me to be there while he was working. All I know is that the service manager was a completely unprofessional, and I will not be returning to Robersons for anything. Sucks that the guys actually doing the work are kind and do good work, but the ones in charge are loosing their company business. |

Warranty work on 2012 Winnebago Journey 42E. Screw heads falling off front door hinges, bed slide mechanism works intermittently, humming
transformer under bed, toilet leak, leak under bathroom sink, can't remove floor heat register covers, rattling microwave fan, etc. |

We quit with Hillsboro Camping World with little satisfaction. Roberson went above and beyond in researching fixes, and fixed most everything on
the list. The few remaining items required ordering parts, schematics, etc. Will be returning! We've never had such great service, and great attitudes & work ethics before. |

| Service Performed: | Replace slideout motor. Several requests of work to be done that was not completed. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Charged 7.1 hours to replace slideout motor that has been replaced since in less than one hour. This business is a cheat and they do not work on somethings for reasons not explained. Do not waste your time if you actually want work completed. | ||
