  Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   We had the misfortune of needing repairs done to our motorhome on our recent trip north. The living room slider on our Monaco motor coach was not coming in as it should. We ended up with a few other small items that needed attention while we were there. They couldn't get to our coach the night we came in but offered us the opportunity of camping out in their lot. Along with camping out, they also provided us with water, electric, sewer (if we needed it, but we didn't) and WiFi. All without asking! This shop is one of the most courteous, professional, and accommodating repair facility we have had the misfortune of visiting. They were able to repair the slider issue but not one of the other issues, that issue was related to the transmission which is something they do not repair. They not only found us a facility who would take us in on a Saturday to do the repairs needed, they allowed us to camp out one more night in their yard rather than have us break camp and move to a gravel lot. We can't say enough good things about this place. We would definitely recommend this repair shop to anyone in Prince George or anyone traveling through and in need of repairs to their RV. They also do repairs on boats, mowers, and boat trailers.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Superb, professional, clean, courteous. Worked with the extended service company for reimbursement. Highly recommended. Five star repair facility.

Update 6/6/2012:
================
I wrote the review for NR Motors for work that was done on 4/27/2012. At the time I wrote that review we were thoroughly satisfied with the repairs that were done by them. Unfortunately, those repairs have not held up and NR Motors is not being as nice as they were when we were
there. We are 10 days away from their facility and they are telling us that we are pretty much "S.O.L.". If we bring the unit back to them for a re-repair, they will charge us again.

The service manager was not present at the time of the repair and yes, he is relying on what his technicians are relaying to him. But, a repair should last more than 6 times in/out. We were in the remote areas of the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska when the repair failed. I was
able to e-mail them and advise them of such. We were willing to find a mobile repair man to come check out the problem and give that man their information. That is when all the troubles began with the "they said, you said" and "I'll tell you how to take it apart so you can fix
it yourself".

I would really like to rescind the review I wrote as I do not feel that they repaired my unit as it should have been. They basically put a band-aid on the slider, took our money, and sent us on our way. They may be capable of most repairs but not a slider. We had faith in their repair and their technicians but when it failed, the whole tone
changed. The service manager went further to state that "it's a poor design feature on the Monaco rigs. If you were to bring it back we would have to redesign the slide to make sure it works". If that were the case, then they should never have touched my slide in the first place.

I am bringing our rig into another repair facility tomorrow. I am sure I am going to have to pay for this repair as the extended warranty company has already paid NR Motors for it to be fixed. I just don't want someone else traveling through Prince George to get ripped off like we did.
