This of course was not planned. We were able to limp
to Nichols as the brakes failed in town and it was only 2 miles away. When we got there they were of course very busy. They were able to get a mechanic to look under the rig and see we had brake line issues. They were able to replace the brake lines but due to our rig being a 2005 work horse they did not have all the parts. They could not even order the parts. However, they knew a place in town that could make the required parts and let us stay over night. They gave us water and hooked us up to power too! The next day, a Friday afternoon, they were able to get the part and installed and got us back on the road again. Great people and Great work to get done so quick. |

Our motorhome was struck by a falling tree that was hit by lightning. Fiberglass repair and paint along the edge of the front cap, replacement of the
passenger side window assembly. |

The folks at Nichols got right on the repairs. Parts for Tiffin was delayed and we could not get a straight answer from anyone. Jim Nichols called and talked to
Bob Tiffin directly, we had our parts the next day! |

I have to pass this on........ I needed service on my motor home. I was really nervous about being in a strange place, Eustis Florida, and needing help,
awesome city. I was so blessed to have found the best place ever. They not only were able to fix my problems they were the nicest people ever. What a beautiful family. From the moment I walked in the door I felt like I was in not just good hands but the best hands. They went way above and beyond what I have ever experienced in any service oriented business. If you ever need anything done on your RV and or diesel vehicle and your passing through this is the place to have it done. I am so hoping I am always able to get any of my work done here. They are for sure the best at what they do. I'm passing this on because I have heard such nightmares about service situations. What an awesome family that own and operate this place. I feel I gained a Florida family. They had experts work on my RV. Prices on all their parts and service excellent. I can't say enough positive things about my experience here. I feel blessed to have met them and done business with them. Anyone in need this is the place to go. You will not regret it and unlike most RV repair businesses you won't feel like you have been raped when you leave you will feel confident you went to the right place. Most of all you will feel like you have gained a friend and family. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Very poor workmanship. Installed incorrectly. I took it back several times. Two times I went to pick it up and had flat tire. Ended up having a stem related flat tire that ruined a new tire I bought from them. They charged over $300, did a poor job, that I had redone for $32. Over the years I had thousands of dollars done, and always had marginal service. We switched and will never go back. We talked to the owner prior to paying and he gave no satisfaction. I will never return to them. | ||
