Tech messed up the adjustment of the slide to the point where the wall and counter top moves separately when the slide is
pulled in or out. Multiple visits to dealer with approximately 5 months total time at dealer and problem still exists. Owner Ken canceled warranty parts that was ordered sand told me to take trailer else where after I told him I was not going to pay for additional work to be done |

Asked to winterize, but they didn't and gasses from black water tank corroded all fixtures and destroyed toilet. No payment for damages. Installed
toilet which we paid for, including installation which broke after about a week. They made a repair which lasted about four days. Had to take RV to another shop for toilet installation. While in storage a large black mark was made on side of RV. |
