  Date of Service:   3/1/2014
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Pick up new Montana 5th wheel. 2nd purchase. Install Travel dish. Walk thru.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   No communications. Waited till last-minute to complete job. Unhooked cable cabling. Didn't tell us. When I had cable company out to hook up cable
internet found this information out after the fact. Called Dandy RV to find out why they did it. Answer was I was told to hookup Directv. We're does this
translate to unhook other cables that are factory installed. This permanently disconnect our cable input into the RV. Walk thru was rushed because they
were closing. There were a lot of items missed due to this. We had planned the swap way in advanced with Dandy RV.

Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Removed old satellite, added new satellite, fixed leaks around A/C units, replaced seals around slides and serviced slides.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   They didn't bother to close the holes after removing old satellite leading to leaks that caused damage. They used the wrong seals on the slides and
screwed them in causing leaks and damage to the slides. They didn't accept any blame even when I sent them photo's of the damage. Avoid this
place for service at all costs!!!

  Date of Service:   1/11/2012
  Work Done on:   Class C
Service Performed:   This is an update on my title situation on my Class C we bought from Dandy RV in Anniston, AL. We received our title two weeks after we picked our motorhome back up from Dandy.

This week, one month later, we got a call from Dandy. They offered us $100 to cover part of our expenses of having to bring the motor home back to them to get the title straightened out. We accepted their offer and were happy to have gotten some of our expenses back.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   We're satisfied that we got part of our expense back. We had hoped to maybe get half of it back, but anything is better than nothing.

  Work Done on:   Class C
Service Performed:   We bought a used Class C from Dandy "as is" knowing little things needed fixing. We didn't know however that the RV had a messed up title. After we couldn't get a AL title, we asked them to help, since they had sold it, it was their responsibility. We had to take it back to them and leave it so they could have it inspected in GA where it came from. They first said they would cover our expenses to bring it back, but when we picked it up, they refused to even put any gas in! They had put $40 in to take it to GA, and that was all they would do. We are out over $300 on gas over there and back plus our time lost to get something corrected that was their fault to start with by not verifying that the GA title matched the VIN numbers.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I'm still waiting on the title. I'm not happy with having to pay out of my pocket for something that should have never happened. And I'm not happy being told my expenses would be covered then refusing to cover them. Poor way of doing business if you ask me. I'll never do business with them again, and will advise others not to also unless they want to get taken.

Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Furnace on new Cougar was not putting out heat to the front bedroom. Dropped it off on Friday with no notice and they performed the work on Monday. They also installed a water pump conversion kit for winterization that had to be customized based on the type of water pump that I had.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was great. They brought me back and showed me where the seal was leaking around the heater and a problem with the ducts and what was done to repair it. Also gave demonstration and do's and dont's for winterizing kit.
