Alphateers repaired our water heater, stair motor, water pump, and water pump controller.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Alphateers provided excellent service. We have had no problems with their work after six months of continual use. I could not be more pleased with the work performed or the customer service provided. We went in to Alphateers without an appointment with a slide failure. Winnebago no longer supports the system we had. Alphateers had to remove the old system and replace the entire full wall slide system. Alphateers repaired our water heater, stair motor, water pump, and water pump controller. We spent 4 weeks in the Alphateers parking lot waiting for Winnebago to identify the parts and for our warranty company to approve the work. During that time we had 50 amp power, access to water to keep our tank full, and a pump out whenever we needed it. Aphateers has comfortable waiting rooms, one without TV, free coffee, and workable WiFi. John, one of the owners, was attentive all the time checking with us daily on the progress and what we needed. Our service rep was always available for question. Our tech was intelligent, competent and communicative. The quality of the work was excellent and the customer service was tremendous. Replaced the skylight dome in the shower. Other minor items were also repaired. Damage was from a hail storm with 80 mph winds.   Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was done on schedule and completed in a timely manner.
