Our 5th wheel had a water leak and the manufacturer sent us a new panel to take care of the problem. Called Joey and we were able to get in the next day.
This is important as we were leaving in three days for Yellowstone and he fit us in to help us. He installed the panel tested then found another leak. He called and let us know but did not have the part on hand. He told us he would contact us back and let us know. He found a part to fix the problem that was his own and SAVED our vacation. He and Michael are absolute QUALITY. HIGHLY recommend we will use forever. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | HIGHLY RECOMMENDED --- Just brought my 2012 Ford Fiesta back home after having Roadmaster tow brackets installed and the vehicle wired for towing. I dealt with Joseph (Joey) Cannon to get this work done and I couldn't be more satisfied. His pricing was very fair and I paid the price quoted with no surprises. His work is excellent and just a great guy to work with. It's not that often I feel compelled to right a review on a company but this time it was warranted. If you're traveling through the Northwest or live here and need any type of RV service/repair give them a call -- you won't be sorry. | ||

Repair work was fast, efficient and done right.
Joseph (Cannon) reviewed completed work order and asked to meet with me; came to my coach that afternoon and stated that his technicians had overcharged me and Joseph made an UNSOLICITED cash refund to me, as he stated that he wanted to make it right; he felt that the tech misunderstood what he was charging for. Needless to say, I was surprised (but then after meeting Joseph, not really surprised by his customer service up an beyond the call). The repairs were done very well, and the customer service after the sale was excellent and speaks volumes of positive kudos for their business. I highly recommend Cannon's Mobile RV Service, and I will use them again when needing repair work in the Northwest. |
