| Evaluation of Service Performed: | My appointment was at 8:00 AM. At 7:59 the coach was in the shop and three men were working on it. The work was always coordinated and communicated through me. The quality was excellent and they exceeded my expectations in all ways. | ||

| Service Performed: | Interim service, had the coach checked before leaving on a trip. Check oil and fluid levels, tires, batteries and wash. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | The company had my vehicle back to me in a very timely manner, checked my vehicle out before I took it out of town. Always courteous and very helpful. The owner of the company made it a point to verify all work preformed and go over future work needed. I will always have the coach serviced here and highly recommend. | ||

| Service Performed: | This is a fleet trucking company that has a maintenance shop for their fleet. The owner, Jim Loyd, is an RVer, and has started welcoming RV's in for service. They removed the dry spline PTO from my Country Coach and replaced it after a wet kit was installed. The technician, Alan, had to change the hydraulic lines on the PTO. He also removed my damaged hydraulic pump and installed a new one. Alan also replaced the filters on my Allison 3000 transmission and topped off the ATF. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Alan is an excellent technician. He was very careful to do every thing right. Everyone at this shop is very nice and helpful. The owner, Jim Loyd, does not believe in charging a premium labor rate for RV's. He charges us the same rate as for his trucking customers. They let me come in the shop and help with my repairs as I am a hands on person. I loved being there, and I got excellent work on my coach. You can trust these folks. | ||
