2004 25ft. Keystone Cougar. Had leak in left front top corner of nose cone. Warped interior night stand attached to wall. No external visible
evidence of leak source. Barnes gave me a "Not To Exceed" quote and took the side window out to peel the exterior side wall back to survey extent of damage. Replaced insulation, vapor barrier, and sheathing sealant, buttoned it back up. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | We are traveling and were heading to Raleigh, NC. I was recommended to this shop on a RV forum. While primarily a body shop (cars & RV's) he also does RV repair. I called Mark, the owner, and he said if I dropped my motorhome on Friday, he would have it ready Monday morning...he called me on Sunday to say it was fixed. Very reasonable price! | ||

| Service Performed: | They have done two jobs. (1) They had to repair a leaking grey water tank in a Seneca, done under warranty; and (2) repaired the back of my Seneca after I backed into a tree. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Excellent for both jobs. They did quality work and do not require one to leave the RV for "weeks" before they start. He gives a date to bring in and then they do the work. | ||
