| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Jerry and his crew are outstanding. They listened to what I said and determined I had made troubleshooting errors. They retested, discovered the problem and fixed it less than an hour. Because their minimum labor charge is 1 hour, they went ahead and serviced the generator, charging only for the tiny bit of oil it takes. | ||
