We would like to add our names to the list of very
satisfied customers of Midway RV in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Our salesman, Chad DeMaat has become more like a friend than a salesman. His guidance with helping us designing the interior of our 2018 Ventana, selecting options, and addressing add-ons was superior. We could not be any happier with the end result. Having owned 11 RVs over many years we have dealt with many salespeople and Chad has been the nicest, most honest, patient, and caring person of them all. And for that we have bought the last 5 from him (all Newmar's). In addition, we have had a great relationship with many of the employees of Newmar corporation, including Matt Miller. They have a very positive, caring attitude and give attention to customer satisfaction. We feel addressing customer needs and wants, and listen to recommendations from their RV owners has made them number one. Brian at Midway did an outstanding job installing our solar panels and the controller. |

Drove it in in the morning. Fixed by mid-afternoon.
Drove it home the same day. Doesn't get much better than that. Been working great since. |

alarm. |
