We were traveling from upstate NY when all of a sudden the furnace had a strong odor like a burnt motor smell. We chose this place because of the good reviews it had and
because it was close to where we were. They got us in right away. Very quickly found the problem, had the part in stock and had it fix within an hour! The strong smell was from the plastic pieces that had broke off the squirrel cage and was melting against the outside of the heat chamber. The work done and the price was excellent. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | This is the kind of place (all service and no sales) that typically provides excellent service and value. Impressive shop and staff. I would go there again. It is conveniently next door to Serenity Ranch RV Park. | ||
