We were traveling from AZ in a 43
ft Monaco Diesel pusher and we needed service. Our friends recommended Jim at Country Roads RV. They got us in ASAP, diagnosed the problems and did the repairs in two days. Elliott, our tech, was very knowledgeable, professional and also contacted our extended warranty company. This is a 5 star repair facility and I would recommend them for any big rig repair. |

Have used these folks for a number of RV repair needs. In every case work done right and at a fair price. Last visit was to address Electrical Management
System problem. The board was out. They repaired and handled my insurance carrier needs. Also installed a new dome satellite on my RV. All work was excellent. I drive a distance to use their services. I would not hesitate to call on them for any needs on my RV. |

| Service Performed: | Repaired hydraulic lines on my 2002 Journey DL for the Load leveling system and repaired sink drain. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | I have used this company several times in the past and their service is GREAT!!! When we had a hydraulic line leak and they called to check and see if the lines were on recall before giving me an estimate on the cost of repairing the lines. Turns out that the lines were on recall and the repair didn't cost me a cent. To me, that is going the extra mile to help your customer. I trust this company with my RV for all repairs now. They are family owned and operated and have a GREAT and EXPERIENCED Staff to meet any problem. | ||
