Two previous techs diagnosed bad circuit board - I ordered
one ($185) and installed it with no success. One of Jim's first questions was to see if a generator breaker had tripped - yes! Properly diagnosed fault to be a compressor and best option was to replace the complete unit, which runs like a charm after Jim repaired a misaligned fan assembly. Cannot praise him enough for professional, honest and speedy service |

This past March my refrigerator quit.
Called Jim he politely told me he was 2 weeks behind. Then coaches me through several tests, then determined my problem. I purchased the part and installed it myself, has worked ever since. Thanks again he's my hero |

Recommended for our Splendide Washer in our motor home. It was
a cold/hot water issue. No actual work but provided us with a solution to our issue. He had to get someone to help him move the units out and while he was away waiting he called the manufacturer and they said it was switched hoses. He let us know and we switched them. He did not charge for the service call. Thought it was excellent service. |

Jim is a great guy, he is a very busy man, with tons of work to be done. He set us up to order parts that he did not have, and made it a point to be sure he
got back to us before we left Casa Grande to fix not only our fridge, but also my washing machine. We were so blessed to have him come to us and so service. |

Upon returning to the motorhome after lunch there was no power in the rig. We called Jim who came out the next day and repaired it. Our left front
jack had been removed in Canada after it broke. Again Jim replaced the part and programmed the jacks which was never done either at the factory or by the dealer which would have precluded the jack breaking in the first place. |

diagnose the problem and complete it in a very professional manner. |

| Service Performed: | Campground staff recommended this mobile certified RV Tech for water pump and slide out problems. Jim is authorized service provider for many RV products and extended warranty plans. He has been operating mobile RV service for 13 years, providing services to the Black Hills of SD in summer and Casa Grande, AZ area in winter. (This work was actually done in South Dakota during the summer). He got Shurflo to replace the water pump (under warranty) and fixed slide out, following me through 3 campgrounds separated by several miles. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Work was excellent; water pump was replaced under warranty and got the extended service plan to pay for $184 of $236 labor charges - a miracle. | ||
