Grease on our carpet. Blatant overcharging: Our RV was not brought into the service bay until after 8am but we were billed for work starting at 7:30. Time stamp says work finished before 11:20 but billed for work through 11:50. Manager refused to talk to us; but was not billed for 1 hour installation. We had to bring our rig back after midnight for an electrician to look at it. Electrician proved Freightliner was at fault so we weren't billed for his time - but we had to listen to Night Service Manager previously blame our rig for being defective as he defended his vindictive technician.
