  Service Performed:   Had the axle reversed so I would have more ground clearance.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After about 250 miles I noticed the shackle bolts were 3/4 way out. It appears they did not put the nuts on the shackle bolts. When I returned to town I told
them that I paid $250 to get it fixed on the road. In the last two weeks I have gotten no response from them. This poor quality work could have easily KILLED
ME!!!

  Service Performed:   We purchased our 5th wheel there in August, 2010. After a few weeks we had some items that needed to be repaired, much as you might expect with a new trailer. Highway Sales boasted about how great their service department was when we bought the trailer.

We took it back in for some minor warranty work and to date, they have done little. They have had our trailer for almost a month and still most of the items are undone. We gave them a detailed list of the things to be fixed , complete with photographs and descriptions. We have been back 3 times and have done a walk through with the salesman and the service manager.

The service manager was rude and uncooperative. It has been almost a month and we still have no idea when we will get our trailer back. We do not understand why they will not do warranty work on a new 5th wheel they just sold us. We do not understand why they are so discourteous.

I would give this business a failing grade for customer service and competency.
