I brought my DRV camper in for warranty work for a failed motor that controls the slide out. The camper was brought in and work started on it in a very
short time and was completed in a timely manner. The technician was competent for the most part but failed to install a screw that holds the motor in place correctly. This led to a problem that had to be corrected by a mobile tech 150 miles down the road from Sunshine RV. The techs helper sealed the slide out area and did a terrible job with caulking. I had to have it re-sealed. The owner of Sunshine was very nice. The service manager was not. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Although I almost gave up on this place because they never call back, you have to be the aggressor, I am glad I didn�t. Our refrigerator is unusually difficult to work on because of the design of our motorhome. Once you get the refrigerator out and in the kitchen, it takes up the whole space giving you no room to perform any work. They had to lift all 280lbs of it over the kitchen counter into the living room. I didn�t believe it was possible. They said it took 4 guys to do it and only charged me labor for one guy. I examined every square inch of the area and they performed the task with no damage. You wouldn�t even know they were in there. The work was done in 5.5 hours, which is what they quoted. Labor rate and part price markup was reasonable. | ||
