  Date of Service:   4/14/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   I had an Onan 8000 genset serviced for its 1000 hour schedule which was oil and filter, fuel filter, and belt change from a work van. Because the unit
was within warranty I felt it better to go straight to Cummins themselves vs a third-party.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   One full day was scheduled to perform this service and parts were ordered 2 weeks in advance, and a morning appointment at opening was made. At
3:pm that day it was disclosed that the parts were not in stock (despite being ordered 2 weeks prior and confirmed verbally before the day was
booked.) The RV had to be booked out another day for completion and driven back and forth again.

This caused another day of work lost and reschedule of the remainder of the 15 clients that week and associated losses. It was precisely because of
this that we took the time to pre-order the few parts need than confirm them beforehand. The staff was somewhat accommodating and adjusted the
bill a bit, nowhere near the impact their performance actually had.

I have to go on blind faith the work was performed satisfactorily as I have no way to check the belt.

  Date of Service:   10/1/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Complete oil and lube, replaced a circuit board in the house furnace.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I purchased a 2003 Holiday Rambler and wanted to get bumper to bumper maintenance and safety inspection to get off to a good RV start. Cummins Coach Care advertised this sort of service. I made an appointment for extreme chassis squeaks, full oil and lube, dash fan switch repair and house furnace didnt work. After traveling 2 hrs to their location, I was told they didnt work on dash controls (so I fixed that myself), and they didnt have a chassis mechanic, so they couldnt check the brakes or look at the chassis squeaks. So for a thousand bucks they did replace a circuit board in the furnace and change all the oil and filters. So much for Bumper to Bumper repair work. I since realized that even for a diesal I can change all the fluids (main engine and generator) for less than 200 bucks. I know RV maintenance is expensive but I was really let down that they didnt perform as advertised.
