  Service Performed:   Cabinets started bubbling in less than a year. Notified Gary in the service department and emailed him pictures. In July we had not received a response.
Called Gary who said he forgot about us and would order the parts. In August we called Gary who said the parts were in but he had no service people to fix it
and couldn't say when it would be repaired
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Been waiting for 4 months for warranty repair and the dealership states they have no one available to repair it. But they sure cashed the check fast when we
purchased it.

  Service Performed:   Needed leveling jack for our 38ft. motorhome. They charged us twice the amount for the part than the manufacturer would have. (Called to check) Based on the fact that they were an authorized service company for our brand of motorhome, I believe that the price was exorbitant. They were unable to find a leak we asked them to repair and charged us another exorbitant amount for their hourly rate. Which involved turning on the water and periodically checking where the wet spot was found. Total bill for the part and hourly service rate was $1,144.65. We were so upset by the cost of the leveling jack, we took the coach to someone else to have put on.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Horn's did not find the problem. Whereas, a mobile RV service in White Springs FL. found it within less than an hour.

  Service Performed:   Hydraulic slide mechanism was damaged. Torn hose needed to be replaced.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Hose repaired at reasonable cost and also a defective solenoid replaced under warranty. Good service.
