  Date of Service:   9/11/2014
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   15000 Mile/12 Month PM Service
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Our Service Advisor handled our appointment with real professionalism. We had the Freightliner 12 Month Service performed, oil changed, fuel filters,
chassis lube etc.. Work was performed as scheduled and the work was performed well. As an Oasis Dealer I was a little disappointed as the overnight
accommodations were minimal, only had power (30 and 50 amp) and the site was not very level. The Service Advisor was not familiar with the
Freightliner service checklist but was very helpful in making sure the work I requested was completed. I had brought a copy of the checklist with me and
we went over the work items and determined the items necessary and those that were not needed. The cost was what he had quoted so there were no
unexpected charges. Overall they did a great job.

  Date of Service:   1/1/2009
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   On my trip from Ohio to Florida my rig developed a fuel pump problem. Ultimately I made it to Knoxville where it turned into a no-start problem. I arranged to have it towed to this shop (Coach Net to the rescue!) and they were able to get it right in.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   The injector pump fuel pressure sensor had failed. They had the part on hand an installed in about three hours. Being a traveling RVer I was pleased that their facility provided an RVers-only waiting area. I was satisfied with their work and the price, which was not quoted upfront due to having to find the problem first. This is a newer, well-maintained facility just 1/2 mile from the Flying J truck stop.

  Date of Service:   10/1/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Initial Maintenance - XC chassis
Front end alignment
Adjust headlights
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Be sure you get any upfront quote for service in writing. Was quoted that the initial maintenance scheduled would be performed for 2 hrs labor charge; but was charged a lot more. After complaining, the service manager called me the next morning and said that he was sorry that I was quoted the wrong labor charges and he credited by credit card. Was charged for front end alignment and headlight adjustment on unit less that 90 days old and with only 3700 miles; after complaining and demanding that Freightliner Warranty Department be called, the charges were changed to warranty work.
