  Date of Service:   10/9/2018
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Rear tire hitting undercarriage and rearranging
interior. I ordered new MorRyde equalizers as TSS
didn't carry them. They diagnosed my problem as worn
out springs (7 seasons, much travel), recommended
replacement with heavier springs and new equalizers.
Work completed in 2 hours. The folks treated us very
well while we waited.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work was done promptly and quickly as they knew it was
our home for now. Arrived at 7:30am with short wait as
they were short a worker. Work started at 8:30 and was
completed at 10:00 with all 4 springs and both
equalizers replaced.

  Date of Service:   6/1/2006
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Full alignment and front-end work on 1998 Freightliner RV chassis.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   I took my wandering 35 ft Allegro Bus pusher in to have them look at its steering/suspension due to excessive slop in steering and "crabbing" as it went down the road (rear wheels tracked to the right of the front wheels). They found a worn drag link, a slightly loose wheel bearing, and need for a full alignment. When the part came in I returned and they spent almost four hours doing the above, including unwelding, moving, and re-welding the entire rear axle which was almost an inch out of line. Improvement in steering precision was dramatic. This is an old-time truck/heavy equipment shop that smacks of a bygone era, located in a slightly seedy part of town, with a fine restaurant/brewpub across the street featuring a fine view across the river of downtown Richmond.
