| Service Performed: | Oil, Filter change. Cooling System Flush. Fuel filter change. Fuel Injector service. Ford multi-point inspection. | ||
| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Poor. Truck was returned smelling like a grease pit. No paper mat was used. Had transmission and Gear Vendors checked in Ft Worth the same day. Rays Transmission put the truck on a service rack and discovered the differential was dangerously low on fluid because of a pinion seal leak. Had Rays service the differential. This should have been discovered by Duncanville Ford and serviced under warranty. Previous service experience at this dealership has been good. | ||
