  Service Performed:   Diagnosis and replacement of Xantrex RS2000 Charger/Inverter.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Diagnosis was done promptly upon our arrival. Parts were ordered and Camping World manager Pat Hunt got personally involved and dealt with our extended warranty company for us. While we waited for parts to arrive we were guests of Camping World on their back lot with water and electric hookups. When the parts arrived they were installed and we were on our way. Pat Hunt and his crew at Camping World of Draper, UT are a class act and know the meaning of customer service and practice it daily.

  Service Performed:   They were to change the generator oil and filter.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After waiting 3 hours I finally inquired as to the status of my work. They said they screwed up and changed the engine oil and filter and not the generator.

As it turns out they did not have the filter for the generator and could not change it. This was a surprise since I had called them ahead of time and specifically asked if they could do an oil-filter change on a 10kW Onan. They said yes and to come right over.

After a lot of discussion, the manager finally agreed to pay for the engine oil change.

After I took the motorhome to a Cummins repair center a few days later I discovered Camping World had not returned the key to the generator slide release compartment. This required a 60 mile round trip voyage to get my keys.

I would not have any work done there again. This was my second service visit and the first one was almost as bad. They replaced my refrigerator under warranty but damaged my coach door in the process.

  Service Performed:   Changed the engine oil/filter and grease job
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   After draining the oil from my rig I was informed they did not have a oil filter in stock and I would have to wait while they ordered one. I had a spare that I gave them to install. While doing the grease job they only greased half of the grease fittings. They never checked the rear end fluid level.
