Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Collision repair including cargo doors and
front cap $8,200
Evaluation of Service Performed:   It was completed when promised. The
damaged cargo doors worked great. Cannot
tell the new paint from the old.
  Value of Service:   Excellent
  Quality of Service:   Excellent

  Date of Service:   3/1/2008
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   Replaced slideout gears and tracks.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   While the company made satisfactory repairs, they charged excessive labor for work not actually performed. I was told that the slideout would have to be completely removed to perform the repairs. They did not pull the slideout assembly, but yet I was charged for the removal. They made several shortcuts with the repair but charged me the full amount of the estimate. Even though the manager admitted taking shortcuts, he refused to adjust the charges. I spoke with the owner who agreed to review the matter and get back with me, however he did not. They also reinstalled the trailer belly covering in a very poor manner(tape)that fell down before I got the trailer home. I lost much of my insulation on the road. They also smeared a heavy amount of grease on the slide tracks. The manufacturer said this should not be done as it attracts and holds dirt which will call excessive wear.
  Value of Service:   Poor
  Quality of Service:   Fair

  Date of Service:   6/1/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   Minor body repair to front cap
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This shop came highly recommended by a former customer, and I have not been disappointed. They work on anything from travel trailers to Prevosts. The family-run business seems very well run with a focus on quality. They do their own paint mixing on-site and have state-of-the-art facilities. The paint match on my 2004 rig is near perfect, not an easy feat for metallic paint.
