  Date of Service:   7/16/2010
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
  Service Performed:   Adjust ride height
Evaluation of Service Performed:   This was the third try to get someone who knew how to adjust the ride height. I had to push, but they were gracious enough to squeeze me in during a very busy Friday. Took five hours to do 20 minutes of work for $55 bucks, but worth it. Leaving on 2400 mile trip.

  Date of Service:   3/13/2007
Work Done on:   Class A - Diesel
Service Performed:   150 pt. premier inspection. Warranty turn signal switch.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work seems satisfactory for keeping it six days. Communication between tech, service, and customer is poor at best. For five days I tried to get an answer if the ride height was according to specs. No one could answer me and promises to call back were ignored. Air cleaner was replaced without authorization, but when I was asked if they had called about this and I said no, they did provide the labor at no-charge (for an $94 part!) I will go to an independent guy in Redlands from now on, unless of course I'm forced to go in for recall or warranty work. They don't work by appointments. They cater to big rigs. The service writer finally apologized for all the hassles and said they are trying to fix these problems for RVers with a service writer who handles strictly RV customers. Sure hope so. (And the check's in mail.)
