After picking up my motorhome in Clovis NM the previous day after a truck
shop there had diagnosed a leaking water pump, I drove 90 miles to Lubbock (without a problem) to verify the diagnosis in Clovis. Although Lubbock Truck Sales was very busy and would be closed for Labor Day weekend, service writer John, service manager Tom went out of their way to provide a quality diagnosis before letting me continue my trip to San Antonio. After several tests, they determined that there was no leak, and I successfully completed my 400-mile trip home. This was such a wonderful experience for me, and I appreciated their total concern for the customer. |
