Check roof for leaks after sever rain, removed old caulk replaced with new, put sealer on entire roof, check both A/C's and cleaned. Replaced all 3
slides bulb seals, and adjusted slides as necessary, in the process detected a propane leak in the water heater and tighten the connection. Replaced toilet ball valve and lever with correct part as previous repair was done with the incorrect part. Also located a hard to find LED light bulb for our reading lamp. We had him check the rig for any other preventative maintenance. |

EXCELLENT. Phillip arrived on time and prepared to work. He reviewed our service requests and suggested several options then proceeded and kept
us informed as he went along. This is our 4th RV in 25 years and I can definitely say this is the best service experience we have ever had. The work was done carefully and neatly. We used their extremely convenient mobile service as the work took 2 days and we didn't have to leave or move the RV. For those that prefer they do have a shop at the above address and can fit most any size RV if you prefer. |

| Evaluation of Service Performed: | Arrived to drop Toad off and parts were waiting and ready to be installed. Left for a 10 day trip, upon returning the Toad was done and we were told that they needed 2 hours to plumb motorhome. We returned 90 minutes later and motorhome was done. They went over the equipment with us and we were back on the road. ALL AS PROMISED. | ||

Very informative made appointment. Next day service came to our rig. Replaced Toilet Vacuum Breaker and Bowl Seal. Would call them anytime we are in the area. Very convenient. | ||
