Took motorhome in for warranty work on turn signal not working and cruise control not working. I was told the parts would not be available until Jan. 31, 2010. I was told I would have to pay $23.00 shipping in order to get the parts delivered. After the turn signal was replaced I was told I had to pay the labor charge for troubleshooting the cruise control since they could find no problem with the cruise control. The cruise control switch is located on the turn signal. I called Freightliner customer service they were nice and got the people at the shop straight on what warranty work means and I finally got my coach back 12/23/09. The driver's seat and curtains were dirty where a tech (with dirty clothes) had sat in the seat and rubbed against the curtains.

This is the absolutely beyond a doubt the worst place I have ever done business with. If I ever need chassis work done at Freightliner I will drive to Chino, approximately 120 miles away.

Vibration in drive train. Freightliner misdiagnosed the problem and send me to Cummins as they were too busy with 18 wheelers. ( I had made an appointment, 3 weeks earlier)
No work done by Freightliner
