Date of Service:
10/26/2006

Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer

Service Performed:
Delivery prep and Surge protector install.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
The person doing the install did not know where to install the in-line surge protector. After tearing the whole rear-end of the 5er apart a group of the service techs tried to talk me into purchasing the portable in-line plug in style. Hello..... at 310.00 bucks I wanted the internal mounted one because of theft. The head guy of service doesn't have a clue what customer service is, burned me on delivery of my new unit! Also did not have one positive answer for time or solution to any small problems after purchase of new 5er. The Original dealer owner passed away and the dealership is being run by someone that doesn't want to be there. It is sad to see what has happened to the place in 6 months. One other big big mistake concerning my checking account, but that 7,000.00 was 50% my fault for not double checking the charge.
