Replaced awning motor when awning got stuck and
wouldn't move. |

Came out to evaluate the problem, determined it was
the motor. We paid for that, they ordered it, when it arrived he came back out to install it. Nice guy, we've used them before. Great work, reasonable prices. We'd call them again next time. |

Contacted while in Organ Pipe and determined that we needed a new tank. They ordered it, we paid via credit card. As soon as it arrived they came out to
Catalina Sound installed it. Great service and efficient. Katie was great to work with on the phone. Everything went well, happy as a lark. |

Great job. Did NOT just throw new parts at the problem. Very methodical. Took it all apart, made some adjustments, cleaned some critical parts and put
it back together....it worked! |

Took him about 1.25 hours to take it apart and replace the motor. Very knowledgeable and a nice guy. Great job. Total cost was about $220 which
included $85 for the motor. |
