  Service Performed:   Replaced serpentine belt; did not have an appointment. They said they'd work me in, and they did just that.

  Service Performed:   Had an engine light come on and would not go out. Trouble shooting took a week. Finally found bad pins on ECM Harness. This was a very hard issue to
find but very easy to resolve once found. Mechanic stayed with it and keep unit plugged in during the service to keep battery's charged.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   Hard issue to locate. Contacting Freight-liner several times for help. All work was covered by warranty

  Service Performed:   I wanted an estimate to repair exhaust brake. They worked on it for five hours and said they could not figure it out. I found out after I left they left an electrical panel open and they cut a hole in my storage unit. I contacted the service manger and he never returned my calls after saying he would look into it.
  Evaluation of Service Performed:   It is going to cost me three hundred dollars to repair the hole.
