Not your most picturesque 2 night stop over but @#$ happens.
Our main 36" x 20' living room slideout wouldn't open more than 12" before starting to jam. A broken $8 plastic roller and plastic
glide strip in the slideout mechanism was at fault. Per the slideout manufacturer, it was going to take a very costly/risky, cutting
and welding inside the coach storage bay, solution to repair. I came up with an alternative idea and working over the phone with
Bankston Motorhome in Ardmore, TN ordered the parts and made a repair appointment. Working together, they bought into my
idea and we pulled off the repair without any cutting or welding and only a day and a half downtime, mostly waiting on an
unexpected part to be locally fabricated.

Many, Many thanks to a great GM and crew at Bankston Motorhomes!!! We arrived on a Sunday night (pre arranged with spot in
front of shop to plug in overnite) and they jumped on it first thing Monday, let us camp out and stay in the MH during the entire
repair and we were back on the road by Tuesday at Noon. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We had several issues with the RV needing to be fixed before we left for out west. They changed the oil, filters, fixed the door, light and dryer door.
