If they had a license to revoke, my
energy would be spent attempting to
get it revoked. We have a vintage
Avion trailer that was in pristine
condition prior to taking it to
Sunset, my trailer was returned
quite damaged. Only one tank valve
was replaced, the stabilizer bar was
bent and wouldn't go down, an awning
tool was screwed into the
underbelly, roof sealant was smeared
all over like a child had applied
it, the new AC unit is not as
efficient as the previous old one,
the installation left my wood
interior very scratched with grease
left on the floor, my front door was
sprung and doesn't close properly,
an interior wooden panel door was
knocked off the track and the list
goes on. The bill was $12000 for
this damage. Their response was
"Well, our intern worked on it I
guess. Bring it back and we will fix
it".

TrailerChix RUN AWAY from these guys~
Sunset RV or formally Phantom Recreational Vehicles is a rip off.
The only thing these guys know how to do is take your money!
They fixed my water leak with radiator hose! Even after three tries and hundreds of dollars latter, these guys never managed to fix a simple water leak.
Finally I cut my losses and when to Josh at Accurate Mobile RV Repair and quickly got it fixed and fixed right!
