| Service Performed: | Check engine light on. Previous owners apparently had run undercarriage into an object, disabling part of the exhaust system. | ||

Had the �check engine� light go on while we were on our way down the Oregon Coast. Newport Diesel were very busy but were able to squeeze us in.
Although the problem was not initially apparent, Newport Diesel was able to track down the somewhat unusual problem, fabricate the parts needed and made the repairs at Pacific Shores, where we were staying. As anyone with a diesel knows, repairs are often quite expensive but Newport Diesel charged us a very fair price. We were very satisfied and, if needed, we would not hesitate to return. |

| Service Performed: | I had a leak at the hydraulic pump on my detroit 60 series engine. Originally we all thought it would require sending the pump out for new seals. | ||

The shop found out that it was only a gasket and they had one in stock. In less than one day we were on our way at a cost much less than anticipated. A
nice surprise. |

While staying at South Beach State Park our serpentine belt broke as we were leaving Newport Diesel responded to our call for help and had a belt overnight
from at a savings of over $100 what Monaco wanted. Installed in 1/2 hour and repaired a loose air hose that caused the belt to wear and break. Kudos! |

| Service Performed: | Newport Diesel was called in by our emergency road service to repair a hub seal. They squeezed us into a busy Friday afternoon, bringing the parts to the RV park where we were stranded. | ||
