  Date of Service:   6/7/2014
  Work Done on:   Toy Hauler
Service Performed:   Storm damaged roof, awning, ladder, antenna, and plastic wheel wells. Took it to McClains for repair per the insurance adjusters estimate. They agreed.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   When I picked it up, the new paint had streaks in the paint and the service manager refused to fix. After getting it home and getting on the roof for the
first time, found rubber roof had been replaced but not the damaged wooden roof structure. the same weak area of the roof the adjuster pointed out
was still weak. Have called the dealership 6 times and the service manager will not return our calls. Talking to legal tomorrow.

  Date of Service:   8/11/2007
  Company Contact:   Nate McClain
Work Done on:   5th Wheel Trailer
Service Performed:   List of items needing repair after purchase of new Grand Junction RV including: Left side swayed and would not stay level, TV in bedroom was not wired, drawer would not stay in during travel, cabinet door would not stay closed, sewer lines leaked, bedroom a/c does not cool properly, etc.
Evaluation of Service Performed:   Work still not complete - RV is still at their dealership for repair since 8/11/07. They keep saying that we can come and get it at any time, but it has not been repaired yet. Service Manager has been rude and tells a different story every time I call to check on the status. General Manager screamed at me on 10/10/07 and called me a liar for saying that the service manager tells a different story/different part problem every time I call. His answer was to quite calling and pick up the RV.

  Date of Service:   9/1/2005
  Company Contact:   Mr. McClain
Work Done on:   Class A - Gasoline
Service Performed:   1) Fixed hydraulic leak on front suspension (motorhome leans to one side quite a bit)
2) Fixed broken drawers....9 of them
3) Fixed dash A/C that was blowing HOT air
4) This was a used 2000 MHC Pinnacle 3050 on Ford F53...just purchased from them with a "Bumper To Bumper" additional waranty...and this was all on "DAY ONE" of my experience with them.
5) Awning that the salesman told me that he himself had just used on the previous weekend...was in fact broken from the factory and had NEVER been opened !!!!!
Evaluation of Service Performed:   1) Sales person lied to me as this motorhome has regular shocks and springs...AND THERE IS NO HYDRAULIC SUSPENSION !!!!!! Therefore NOTHING was done and then they told me that ALL motorhomes lean to one side or another and there was nothing that the dealership could do about that. In that case I told them that I wanted my money back....they said "No Chance".
2) Drawers were fixed properly.
3) Some sort of faucet was placed in one of the heater hose lines to cut off hot water in the summer. Therefore when traveling in the Spring and/or Fall...I have to go under the hood and turn the knob one way to get A/C and the other way to get heat...as some time it is hot in the day time and cold at night time.
4) Warranty covered this repair, but not that the motorhome leans to one side like it has a flat tire. Salesperson told me "that it would level itself when it was driving".....not true.
5) Awning was fixed properly but had to wait three weeks on new part from awning company. Therefore the motorhome was at the dealer for almost one month....right after we purchased it.
6) They would not cancel the sale or give us our money back not accept that vehicle as a trade in on another motorhome on the lot. They then told us that they were trying to get rid of that one and didn't want it back, under any circumstances. Sales manager was no help and neither was Mr. McClain. Finally the salesman told me "You never should have bought a used gasoline powered motorhome, screwed you and screwed you good". Then he hung up the phone in my face.
