Called him on Saturday with a fuel pump problem on my generator.
He said he could get the part on Monday. 10 am Monday hadn�t heard from him so contacted him to ask about the part. He said he found it and had to go get it. That was the last I ever heard from him. Numerous calls and text after that and he would never even answer. Put me in a real bind with a long trip ahead and no a/c with kids and dogs due to generator being out. I definitely would never recommend him for anything he�s obviously doesn�t do what he says. |

This is a superior service company. They arrived when promised, diagnosed the problem and rapidly repaired it. They also checked the water pump and then
looked at the hydraulic levelers and discussed same. I was extremely impressed by their professionalism. |
