Old thermostat for air conditoners did not work. The unit was to
old to get replacement parts so they put in two new ones, after two days of repair new thermostats made air work. Took RV home, three weeks later went out to RV and turned on air they did not work. Was told, they worked when you left, if your not satisfied go some place else, I'm out $1200 |

Onan LP Generator would not run. They quickly diagnosed leak at hot water tank & replaced part. Also diagnosed failed
regulator on the gen set (not the one on the tank). This part no longer made so gen set seamed not repairable yet they found a way to install clever work around using a manual start button similar in concept to choke on gasoline engine. The button activates the self prime spring mechanism that was failing to self prime even though regulator was otherwise fine. Saved me from scrapping the existing gen set which was otherwise fine and having to replace it with new or used one. |

Very pleased. Hot water fix done immediately. Regulator work around took couple days but well worth it! Very nice people to
boot. Don't be put off by open pole barn work shop. They know their stuff! |
