We are very, very pleased with the replacement of our galley floor which was ripped on purchase (from another dealer). We
were worried that the flooring replacement might cause more issues than we started with, but we are well pleased.

RV Solutions was to complete some warranty repairs/adjustments on my coach that I purchased from them in August 2013. They needed to adjust the
slide outs because they leaked water, replace a guide roller on one slide out, water heater had a noise and there were cracks on the front cowling.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

They repaired the cracks on the front ok. They had parts ordering problems at their facility (not the manufactures), they never had an answer for the
water heater noise (solved that on my own with email to manufacture), they were unable to completely resolve the slide out adjustment issue. The worst
part about this is they promised the repairs in 1 week, I estimated 3 weeks with the parts to order but it took them 8 weeks and 4 days. I finally
demanded back the coach and found a local more reputable facility.
