Evaluation of Service Performed:
|
Very poor quality for floor and paint. They also put a
screw through the main wiring harness rendering it
completely inoperable and we had to have it towed
after they spent 8 days rewiring and bypassing the
failed systems instead of finding the problem.

Service Provider Response:

Customer brought RV for a renovation and ask if we could complete the work
in 2 days. Our crew worked around the clock installed floors, painted
engine cover, did body work, painted walls etc. Customer was asked to be
out of the RV during this time but stated "couldn't afford hotel both
nights" so stayed in the RV and rushing us so they could make their trip to
Colorado. Work was rushed but they approved it and were fine, paid etc.
RV wouldn't start. Our mechanic trouble shot it for 3 days free of charge.
customer was actually in the motorhome during this time trying to
help trouble shoot and interfering with our technicians. We asked to
customer to leave and take the RV to another shop.
