| Service Performed: | The filter for our black tank got stuck in the tank, and after flushing it several times, our gate valve was still clogged. | ||

After only a couple of hours, they had the filter out and dumped the tank for us. The tech certainly wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty! The advisors,
Dave and Erica, were extremely personable. They had to use a camera to look inside the tank and Dave retrieved it himself. Not a fun job, but they approached it with enthusiasm. Charges were minimal, to. All around great experience. |

| Service Performed: | Remove laminate floor and replace with linoleum in kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom (Fleetwood warranty item). | ||

Excellent, caring technician and Service Dept. Ran out of time to complete the bathroom surfaces, but is quite livable. Agreed customer will lay bedroom floor (not a Fleetwood warranty item - customer choice to replace carpet).
Previous work by this shop was also great. Highly recommend them for customer-paid and factory warranty work. |
