Having issues with our Norcold Fridge blowing fuses.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

Tech was at the unit for all of 30 mins and found
that the fuses were blowing because one of the three
fans was not working properly.
Call in warranty service ticket, advised that a fan
would need to be ordered and he would call us once
they received it.
Three weeks later I have called several times to get
an update on the parts and find out today that they
are not willing to work with the dealer to become a
dealer rep therefore part was not order and was
advised to call another company to work with.
Service tech asked for payment of $250 day of
service, since he was only there for 30 minutes he
reduces the price to $200. Company had no problem
taking our money but not willing to follow through
with complete repairs.
THAT'S JUST PLAN WRONG!

Jim agreed to many repairs on my class C RV including remove and
repair my front overhead, adjust tip out and cover the RV to prevent
further water damage.

After getting an estimate and shaking hands that was the last time I
heard from Jim Baker. I started calling to get updates and he never
returned any calls. After 4 months of this my wife called and they
said they would start immediately and have the work done by our
arrival time. Long story short they never touched the RV and also
didn�t cover it as they said. Huge hail storm came through and blew
the roof vents and caused further water damage also a couple
thousand extra!! Unless you live locally I would stay away from Jim.
In my opinion he has no work ethic or integrity.

dealer.

Excellent work. Lippert Slimtrack Schwintek system with a bad motor which I was unable to disengage. Jim was able to get it disengaged so we could push it
in.
