Diagnosed and replaced engine starter on Cummins
diesel.This is the second time i have used this company. I called in advance and made a appointment,when i arrived at 8:00am they put me in a bay and had me finished a hour or so later. |

They did not simply remove and replace old starter.
They checked all wiring and grounds to insure that it was the starter that required replacement. After diagnostics they installed a rebuilt starter at a reasonable price. Super good well trained tech's, honest owner, great work. Recommend highly |

With appointment arrived on time 8:00 am they started on
the vehicle immediately. They check batterys, battery connections, relay and voltage. Conclusively determined starter was bad and ordered a Reman from a local source. Before lunch time I was on my way back home with new Reman starter. The best part is Clifford is a hard working, honest, owner, great guy, with a great skilled team. This now the second time i have dealt with Cliffords Garage, and I would recommend them highly. Clifford is a busy guy, so make a appointment, you won't be disappointed. Clifford works on all things chassis, Engines, driveline Cummins, Detroit, ect. |

Remove and reinstall VP-44 Pump installed by another
shop and not torqued properly. Remove, pump face plate on motor, remove broken stud and re-install plate and motor with all new bolts and studs. |

Work was done professionally in reasonable time.
Diagnostics accurately done at beginning of job, work completed competently without complications. Work clean and neat, even though access thru bedroom engine cover. I would highly recommend them for any diesel work they have the latest diagnostic software for Cummins engines, and extremely competent technicians. I will use them again if I need engine work. |
