I took my motorhome to have the awning fixed so that it
will extend and retract; this was the second time. I told Daniel we had reservations at a campground the next week. She said it would be a day. This is Friday and the only way I got them on the phone was to block my caller ID as they would not answer or return my calls. Daniel told me "If I wanted to drive my 80 miles, I could come and get the coach anytime" as it was not finished. At least 50 percent of the time I had to redo work done by them and returned to me. The Camping World is on Hwy 60 in Lake Wales. |

Almost every time I had my coach at this service department.
I have to redo their work. When I bought it, it was delivered with a broken captain's chair and was in their shop for three weeks. I was told this time that my coach would be ready in one day,not. I am seriously considering going to Lazy Days and getting rid of this coach because of the service department. I am giving a poor rating as there is nothing lower for me to check. |

Slider need work. They replaced both motors.
Front burner they replaced. Radio and backup camera replaced Note: our sliders got stuck on a trip we called CW Bartow and they walked us thru how to retract. Note: We had a stabilizer put on and they worked with us in adjusting it to perfection. 12/2017 |

They did a very good job. We had some questions and Assistant manager and service person
went over those questions and answered them. They have been very helpful whenever we need information. The wait was long but they were filled to capacity with other appointments ahead of us. Other than that we are very satisfied with the work. |
