Replace alternator, belt and air filter. Was making noise and did not want to take a chance of breaking down on the road.

Called for an estimate and appointment. Hourly rate was $123.00. But did not know how long it would take. From the time we pulled in and back out
it was 2 hrs. Was then told the job was based on the book rate which was 4.5 hrs. Labor charge was $676.50!! BEWARE!!! Get a firm estimate unless
you have bottomless pockets.

After over 6,000.00 dollars and almost 3 months they did put a hose on the toilet. None of them will put anything in writing and all tell different stories. Do not trust
these friendly fellows. They are very dishonest predators! The worst, the owner!
would not even respond. I thought he was
unaware. They told us our Freightliner was
titling because the kitchen was too heavy.
I have no idea how they are still in RV service
associations, oh thats right, THEY ARE NOT!
they tossed parts, told us our coverage was
denied, when they had not called till almost
a month late. Our choice was to pay ransom
or they would keep the coach. Wish I found
this site before hand.

Lost power, limped in. I had already replaced the fuel filter.

They replaced the air filter (4,500 miles on RV).
I pulled out after paying my $300+ bill. No good, so I turned around and pulled back in. Two nights later they said the found the problem (no one looked at it for two days while we "camped" in the parking lot. Had to order the part One day and night later a clamp came in (I could have bought one at NAPA) and we paid (again! "part wasn't warranted"). 65 miles south, same problem. Turns out they left the other clamp off the engine turbo inlet. I limped to a rest area and fixed it myself. There I saved nearly $400 and three days of vacation time.
Terrible service. Terrible Attitude. They don't want to work on motorhomes and according to Caterpillar, the part they refused to warranty was theirs, not Cat's.

Had our Itasca Meridian SF352 recall performed at Freightliner in Apopka, FL February 21st. Our appointment was at 10:00am and they took us into a service bay as soon as we arrived there. Twenty minutes later we were told that the fix was done and we were ready to go. I looked
under our RV to check the fix and saw the two new screws facing the front of our RV. I had learned from this forum that there should also be two screws facing the rear. They were not there. I asked for a print out of the recall instructions and then showed the service manager that
the two screws facing rear had not been installed as per the instructions. He immediately took our RV back into a service bay and installed the two missing screws. I asked where they had put the sicker that said the recall had been performed, his response was "What sticker?"
Happy to get the four screws installed correctly. I made my own sticker.
Glad I checked the fix before we headed home.
