I have had many different kinds of work done here since
2006, on class A's and C's. Yes, there have been some
inconveniences during that period, but nothing that Jim
couldn't get us through satisfactorily. He has been
promoted out of service now, but he continues to
"grease the wheels" for me when necessary. Overall I
rate Jim and this location of Camping world as
Excellent! Note that this would not be possible without
the support of their excellent technicians.

Minor body repair due to tire blow out.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

No work done. I refused to leave the trailer with them. I had a tire blow out which damaged the sheet metal on near my sewage valves. It was less than
$500 of work. I took a day off from work to get let the service guys look at what parts were necessary. Necessary, but a fairly expensive inconvenience. I
was told it would take 2 weeks to get the parts. I never heard back from them even though I had called several times for an update. I finally gave up since
the damage was minor. 2 months later I get a call from the service manager asking why I had not shown up for my repair appointment. I had no idea what
he was talking about since I had never made an appointment since as far as I knew the parts had not come in. He apologized for the confusion and said
they had them and when would I like to bring the trailer in. He said the repairs would only trace 3 or 4 hours and that I could wait for the trailer. We made a
date and I took another day off to get the repair done. When I showed up the repair shop seemed to be in total disarray. The phones were not working and
there were several angry customers asking where their RVs were that were supposed to be finished. When my turn came, the service guy said it would
take 2 to 3 weeks to finish the work. Apparently the guy who told me it would take 4 hours no longer worked there. When I asked if they even had the parts
he seemed to be unable to find them. I said I'm not leaving the trailer if they don't even know if the parts are there or not. He went to the back and after a
few minutes said they did indeed have the parts. Apparently there was a manager in the back that he kept going to talk to what was feeding him stuff to
say to me. I probably would have left the trailer even if it would not have been done that day, but then he said something that changed everything. He told
me I had no choice about leaving the trailer since they had already bought the parts. That's when I went from being mildly annoyed to furious. I leaned over
to him and very softly said "you tell your manager there is no way on earth I'm going to trust you people to work on my trailer. You guys completely
screwed this up, and threatening me by saying I "have" to leave it with you was the last straw". I could never recommend anyone using this facility.

Very good. Techs placed plastic on floor so as to not mess up carpet or linoleum. Coach was ready except for warranty work within a day. Had to wait for approval through Winnebago before it could be performed.

Excellent workmanship & quick turn around time. I called the shop at about 9:00 am and was told they had the tires (Goodyear G670 - 245/70R19.5) in stock & I could schedule an appointment for 1:00 pm. We got there about 10:00 am and expected to have to wait.
The order was written up immediately by Jim. As soon as he had finished the parer work he asked me to drive the coach around to one of the service bays. We were met there by a technician named Aerial. He confirmed the tire brand & size and immediately went to work. We were on our way with 2 new mounted & balanced tires in less than an hour. Aerial even mounted one our tires in the under chassis spare tire carrier for no additional charge.
