Work Done on:
5th Wheel Trailer

Service Performed:
We have purchased two travel trailers from RV Station, a Keystone VR-1 and this year a Montana 3475RL. Each time we were given a thorough PDI and left the lot with trailers that were in excellent condition. The VR-1 had a malfunctioning CD Player and was replaced under warranty as was a 3-Way Converter. The Montana developed a water leak due to a faulty one-way valve.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
In each instance repairs were done professionally and to our complete satisfaction. But there's more. Each time our trailer was at the Dealership they went through it completely to ensure there were no other problems we weren't aware of, even checking the roof and torquing the lug nuts. The Business Manager and the Shop Manager both have always shown a sincere interest in seeing that everything is as good as they can make it be. We hope to have the Montana a long time, but when we buy another trailer it will be from RV Station.
New 2004 Starcraft 11RT, purchased July 2004, blew a inverter as I was prepping it for a major trip on Christmas Day 2004. (Yep, it's almost a year ago) About noon on the 24th the inverter blew. I called the local RV Station in Nacogdoches and they were OPEN! Not only that, THEY WORKED ON IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE! I hauled it over there and within 3 hours they had pulled my inverter, pulled another inventor from another new unit, replaced and rewired my unit, and got me on the road. TALK ABOUT OUTSTANDING SERVICE! You can not get better than that. I purchased the unit from RV Station in College Station.

Evaluation of Service Performed:
OUTSTANDING. SUPERB! To do major maintenance work on Christmas eve, stayed later than they had planned on staying, and got me on my week long annual trip is beyond outstanding. I don't recall the repair peoples name, but they were good! I've had other service work done there and always came away very satisfied. Shane Allen, Nacogdoches, Texas.
