Stated all kinds of things needing done including stating windshield wipers didn't work, windshield washer didn't work, dash A/C didn't work, no freon in A/C, etc. Took service advisor out to rig have him see for himself....feel the A/C working and COLD, showed him each wiper working and
the windshield washer working on both sides. We asked him how do you explain this? He couldn't. Never offered to have another mechanic recheck of the incompetent evaluation
or remedy to this farce of an inspection. I know they need to pay for those new buildings but what happened to HONESTY!

Periodic Maintenance (PMI) including oil change. In addition: valve adjustment (due before 40,000 after engine is broken in/20,000+ miles); air filter change (recommended every 2 years), desiccant cartridge; pacbrake lube; lanyard cable rerouting (old cables would not release); new water pump belt (discovered during inspection).

This was my 2nd visit to Tolleson Freightliner. RV Service Manager Kirk Ault does an excellent job dealing with customers' needs; he helped me understand what I needed (and didn't!) from the list I brought with me. All the work was done the same day and we were ready for another year of fulltiming. Each customer gets a hard-copy survey form from Kirk. Tolleson Freightliner will be my regular service stop.

Work was done prompt at 7AM as appointed, was finished by 10 AM they furnished a place to park overnight with Electric. They were the nicest people I've had service done at..Gaffney, NC was nice but these people beat them..
Our next service will done there if we're still in AZ.
