The technician was outstanding. Everything was addressed promptly. We were kept apprised, daily, of progress on the coach. We had an appointment to have
the work done, which you need to call for four to five months in advance, and that made everything much easier than being a walk-in. They worked with our
extended warranty company so, we only had to pay half of the bill.

We had no appointment. Left early morning for Forest City. I called while en-route and they said they would
do their best to work us in. Upon arrival the gal took all my information, went to talk to a service advisor and came back with an 11:30 appointment that day. We got to stay
free of charge at the rally grounds with all the amenities of a campground. We were very pleased with the whole operation.

Excellent. I had made an appointment in advance, the technician assigned to my coach came out to meet me, we toured the coach so he could be certain of my concerns, and then he put plastic over the inside/seat & drove my coach into their huge facility. 5 hours later he called to say it was all done. The technician then showed me what work had been done, said he had also found a slight gap in a roof joint (which he fixed at no charge), commented he checked all fluid levels (found differential, windshield washer, and antifreeze low which he filled at no cost), and also answered other questions I had. When I went in to pay the bill, I was quite pleased with the overall cost. Excellent work, when promised, at a fair price -- needless to say, I was very pleased.

Repaired two weak places in the floor on my Class A Brave.
The guy that was working on my RV said that we spilled grease on the floor and that was why it was rotting out, we did not spill any grease on the floor. To fix the two places in the floor they charged me $4200.00 It was way to much for the work that was done.

Poor workmanship sorry company, I will never buy anything made by Winnebago. I hope I never have to go through anything like that again, and they laughed about it.
