Traveling cross-country in my new teardrop trailer. Lost all fresh water in a canyon in Texas. Called the folks at Floyd's since I was heading to Norman
and they graciously fit me into their extremely busy schedule. When I got to Floyd's, a repair technician was under my trailer only a few minutes after I
arrived, installed so possible missing caps and checked my boiler system. Everything was in working order in only a few minutes and they only charged me
for the parts. A total of under $20. Not even a labor charge.

Kind, knowledgeable people who got this single senior lady back on the road. We even tested the water and additional adjustments were made. Thanks
Floyd's, you are the best!

We dropped off our Class A gasser for a hood repair, LP tank top-off and estimate for minor exterior damage. The hood was
jammed shut ever since Floyd's RVs worked on it the last time.

We've used Floyd's three times over the past two years for service to our Class A coach. It's always the same. They'll keep
it for a month and only get the work done when you tell them you're coming to get it whether it's done or not. A letter to
the owner, Rex Floyd, asking that he look into why our most recent repairs weren't getting done produced no reply from
anyone. Our coach sat there for a month outside through the worst winter weather of the year and there was no work done to it
at all. We finally picked it up-with a totally dead battery--and returned it to our inside storage at Alpine RV Parking, just
up the road. The company website says Rex Floyd is a legend in the RV business. We think this is likely, but not for any good
reason. There are too many RV repair services in the area with good customer evaluations to bother going through the hassle
of using Floyd's RVs.

Inspection of our newly purchased used rig was a joke. We found one ceiling light not even working, tank level gauges bad and told it was just
condensation. Gas was flowing at carburetor when running generator, and water heater would not run on electric. Took 12 weeks to perform what
work they did.

I paid over $500 to have a complete inspection of a motorhome before purchasing. I was told they would check everything for this price excluding the truck mechanical(drive train, etc.) as that area required a mechanic.

First, I know this is delayed, but it has been bothering me now for some time. I purchased the motorhome close to book value from a third party as very good condition based upon Floyd's RV glowing inspection report. My report showed a shade not working, smoke detector missing, and two other minor issues.
What I found on my first trip was the 16 foot main awning was damaged and not usable, the pullout awning was broken and partially repaired, CO2 and propane detectors not connected and broken, refrigerator not cooling past 50 degrees, slow water leak under sink, two windows leaking, with previous water stains inside.
From noticing the stains, I was told the roof need sealing, so I paid a $1,000 to have it sealed. The leaks still occurred, and I had to seal them.
I ended up paying about $2,000 to have Floyd's RV place me in a poor bargaining position and get stuck with thousands in repairs that I am sure they would do, but I will never go back.

Took too long. Had RV nearly 4 months. On return home from picking up RV, water pump was still leaking. Returned to Floyd's to have what was probably original problem fixed... charged for pump part after paying them $4800.

Pre-Delivery service poorly done. Had CB and window awnings
installed, very poorly done. Had to redo both. I have not returned for anything and would recommend them for anything.
