We tore out our drain pipes while
boondocking in Joshua Tree. Spoke to
James, provided many pictures of the
disassembled drain pipes, suggested
ordering factory parts. James
assured me it wasn't necessary.

Evaluation of Service Performed:

Terrible. They tried to put two hose
parts together to replace a pipe
fitting. A 59" pipe assembly was
only held on with two bayonet tabs.
They used silicone caulking instead
of ABS cement and the caulking
attacked the ABS, causing the
fitting to stretch and crack. They
installed a new black water gate
valve, but took it apart, then
didn't put it back together.
The pipe failed and dumped our black
water tank on the ground under our
rig. James said to drop by the shop
(1,500 miles away) and refused a
refund.

Outstanding! Work was professional and very thorough. Tech explained everything and assured water heater was operating properly with specified
thermostat cut-off. I will definitely return to this provider again if in the area.

I am planning on spending time in Quartzsite during the summer and needed a second AC unit installed in the bedroom of my Big Sky Montana. James recommended a 15,000 BTU unit (at $100.00 more than 13,500BTU). The automatic/ thermostatically controlled Fantastic Fan was removed from opening where AC is pre-wired to go and moved to next vent opening by shower. Had a 12V thermostatically controlled fan installed behind refrigerator with on/off switch to help refrigerator run better in hot weather. Plastic T-hook catch for entry door was replaced with a stainless steel T-hook catch because plastic one kept breaking.

I was towing my Montana back to Quartzsite, after I had hydraulic pump/manifold replaced by another RV service center (took 4 weeks to get that work done!) Called James on 4/11/2005 while on my way and asked about having second AC installed to see if he could do the work. He said to drop by the shop on my way in and he would take a look and let me know. I pulled in around 3:30pm. He decided he could do the AC, plus the other things I have listed and have fifth wheel back to me Tuesday before closing at 5pm if I could leave it there overnight Monday. All of the work was completed and on time as promised. James bent the stainless steel T-hook at the correct angle so the door is easily hooked and stays in position. He was able to "fish" the wires for the Fantastic Fan unit to the new location to maintain the automatic features instead of wiring to the closest light fixture like another facility said they would do. James was very accommodating and exceptional in getting the work done.
